The Generation of Electricity

Energy is generated from primary natural resources such as coal, gas, oil, water, wind, solar, and last but not least, nuclear.  Part of that energy is used to produce electricity (other uses are, for instance, transportation).  Electrical generation plants use the heat or motion of those primary sources to generate electricity.  One of the cleanest and environmentally friendly ways of doing this is by using nuclear power.
